About Me
I received my B.S. degree in Computer Science from the Special Class for the Gifted Young, University of Science and Technology of China in July 1999, and my M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz in September 2002 and September 2005, respectively. Now I am working at the Storage and Server Management Group of Symantec Corporate, Mountain View, CA.

My Ph.D. topic is on storage and file systems for MEMS-based storage. My advisors are Prof. Darrell D. E. Long and Prof. Scott A. Brandt. I am also working closely with Prof. Ethan L. Miller and Prof. Thomas J. E. Schwarz.
