NO LONGER MAINTAINED: FreeBSD Laptop Compatibility Survey

Using the following text field, enter as much information about your laptop sucesses and failures as possible. Your response will be emailed to me and I'll run the text through a perl filter, so don't mess with the formatting. Cut and paste your notes at the end of the survey. I have also provided file-upload for optionally two configuration files -- /etc/XF86Config and a kernel configuration. It is only desirable to include the X config if it differs from or cannot be found at the Laptop XFree86 Config Archive. Combine multiple FreeBSD versions together, e.g. 2.2.6R-2.2.8S for 2.2.6 release through 2.2.8 stable. If there are important version issues, describe them in the comments. Don't include details for older versions (i.e. pre-2.2.8R) unless you think it's important since most people using this information will have current versions of FreeBSD.

If you have any recommendations for improving this site or you want to modify your entry, feel free to email me.
