	Known errors and other clarifications.  This file will be
	updated whenever the authors become aware of the need.
	The 2nd and 3rd printings of the text correct some of the
	items in this seven-page list, but not all.

javaToC.ps, javaToC.ps.gz, javaToC.pdf

	Brief guide for converting Java code in the text into C,
	for readers that wish to build on the code (usually pseudocode)
	in the text, but wish to implement in C.
	Although the timestamps vary, all three formats have the same text.

AppendixCode.tar

	A tar file of a directory containing Java source code for
	all the examples in the appendix of the text.
